Restaurant ‘taste of’ themed lunches

Each day a different international lunch will be available. The ‘Taste of’ range includes the following

British – alongside fish platters, assorted cold cuts, pies and salads a healthy choice of main courses such as roast chicken, steak and ale pie, bubble and squeak and traditional desserts such as strawberries and cream and apple pie

Oriental – exotic salads and a choice of starters, followed by such oriental favourites as spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken, steamed cod with spring onion and ginger, with chilled lychees and vanilla pod ice-cream to finish

Mediterranean – a mouth watering spread of traditional dishes such as breads, olives, sliced meats, tomato and mozzarella with chicken parmegiana, marinated kebabs, pasta and a range of sauces for main course. To round things off a refreshing tiramisu or chilled slices of melon

Tex-Mex – an exciting buffet of starters such as crayfish, tortillas with salsa, guacamole and soured cream followed by a choice of chicken, beef or vegetable fajita, chilli or quesadilla and a refreshing slice of exotic fruit to finish

Working lunch

If you’re planning to work through the day, we’ll bring lunch to you. These can be booked in advance form our ‘working lunch’ menu. Lunches are served on bauser trays, from bauser bowls with a stainless steel base, using stylish serving spoons and cutlery. Here are some options you can choose from

• Sandwiches – served as a pick and mix platter, on a choice of breads or wraps
• Salads – Greek. Chicken Caesar, Salmon and Pasta. Mediterranean vegetable and cous cous
• Fruit salads – tropical. Fresh fruit medley
• Cakes – Sponge cake. Chocolate brownie. Cookie. Blueberry muffin
• Drinks – Orange juice. Smoothies. Milkshakes – all served in jugs
