24 hour meetings network package:
This includes all the above, plus dinner, accommodation, the great Holiday Inn Breakfast and optional Breakfast check out and accompanying partners stay free.

Before the event: we’ll respond to your enquiry within 2 hours and you’ll have a proposal the next working day. You’ll be assigned your own meeting host prior to your arrival and we will recon firm all details with you.

On arrival: Your host will be expecting you, will confirm your agenda and show you your facilities and equipment. Your meeting room will be ready at least one hour before your event is due to start.

During the event: Your timetable is our timetable. We’ll do all we can to make sure you have a trouble free meeting. During the event you’ll have direct communication with your meeting host and an agreed messaging service that ensures prompt attention and minimum disruption. As the organiser, you’ll receive preferential treatment throughout, including and opportunity to review your invoice
with
us prior to departure to make sure everything’s in order. You’ll, also benefit from late checkout on day of departure.
